The only thing this site asks you for is an email address, and the only thing it does with it is send you what you asked for. The longer version is below.
Who you’re dealing with
Apron2Amp is a trade name of PANBUDDHA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (incorporation no. BC1585293).
The company is responsible for the personal information collected through this site. You can reach us at hello@apron2amp.com.
What we collect
Your email address, when you ask for the free starter pack or sign up for the newsletter. That is the only thing you are ever asked to type into this site.
Standard server records kept by our hosting provider — things like IP address, browser type and the time of a request — which exist so the site can run and stay secure.
Nothing else. There are no advertising trackers on this site, no third-party analytics, and no cookies used to follow you around.
Why we collect it
To send you the starter pack you asked for, and the occasional email about new tutorials, sounds and the course. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone for their own marketing.
How your consent works
When you enter your address, we send you a confirmation email. You are not added to the list until you click the link in it. If you never click, nothing happens and your address is not used.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. This is how Canada’s anti-spam law expects consent to be given and withdrawn, and we would do it this way regardless.
Who else handles it
Brevo, which delivers the emails and holds the mailing list.
Railway, which hosts the site.
Both are service providers acting on our instructions, and both may store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States. Information held in another country can be accessed by that country’s courts and authorities under its own laws.
How long we keep it
Your address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. After that it is deleted, other than the minimum record needed to make sure we do not email you again by mistake.
What you can ask for
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@apron2amp.com and we will deal with it.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect email addresses from anyone under 13. If that has happened, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we use your address will be announced by email before they take effect.
