Legal
Terms
Last updated 18 September 2026
These terms cover using this site and anything you buy through it. Plain language, and short — but they are the actual agreement.
Who you’re dealing with
Apron2Amp is a trade name of PANBUDDHA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (incorporation no. BC1585293).
Every purchase, subscription, licence and refund on this site is an agreement with that company, whatever name is on the page you bought it from.
What this site is right now
Free tutorials, a free starter pack sent by email, and information about a course and sound packs.
The course and the sound packs are not yet on sale. When they are, these terms apply to the purchase, the checkout will name the company taking your money, and anything you download will come with a licence that says exactly what you may do with it.
Using the site
Use it normally. Do not try to break it, scrape it, overload it, or use the signup form to send anything other than your own email address.
What belongs to us
The music, the tutorials, the course material, the sounds and the site itself belong to the company or to the people who licensed them to us. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
Free material is yours to learn from and to use in your own music. It is not yours to resell, re-upload or redistribute as your own.
Paid sound packs will each carry their own licence setting out what you can release commercially. Where that licence and these terms disagree, the licence wins for that pack.
Emails
If you sign up, you get a confirmation email and then the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email. What we do with your address is set out on the privacy page.
Links to other places
Links to YouTube, Bandcamp, social accounts and anywhere else lead to services we do not run. Their terms and their privacy practices are theirs, not ours.
No guarantees about results
The teaching here is provided as it is. We think it works — it is how these tracks were made — but we cannot promise you a particular outcome, a finished piece of music, or an audience for it.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which today is nothing.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under British Columbia consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.
